濾筒除塵器的 原理介紹 HOW DOES IT WORK
含塵氣體從風口進入灰斗后，一部分較粗塵粒和凝聚的塵團，由于慣性作用直接落下，起到預收塵的作用。進入灰斗的氣流折轉向上涌入箱體，當通過脈沖褶皺濾筒時，粉塵被阻留在濾筒的外表面。凈化后的氣體進入濾筒上部的清潔室匯集到出風管排出。除塵器的清灰由脈沖電磁閥及控制儀完成，合理的清灰確保濾筒的使用壽命。除塵器工作時，隨著過濾的不斷進行，濾筒外表的積塵逐漸增多，除塵器的阻力亦逐漸增加。當達到設定值時，清灰控制器發出清灰指令，將濾筒表面的粉塵下來，并落入灰斗，整個過程為過濾、脈沖清灰、出風。
From the inlet,the big dust and dust ball will fall into the hopper for sake of the inertia force ,that is called pre-filter.The air flow in the hopper then upflows into the filter room and the rest dust is filtered on the surface of the filter cartridges.The clean air goes into clear room and discharges from the outlet.Pulse solenoid valve and controller are the dust collector’s dust-cleaning.Setting proper pulse cycle will prolongs the service life of the filter cartridge.During working time,time after time of gilter,the dust on the surface of the cartridge gradually increases,so does the resistance of the dust collector.When the resistance reaches the setting limit,the controller then start the process of dust-cleaning.The dust on the surface of the filter cartridge will fall into the hopper,this whole process called filter,pulse dust-cleaning and outlet.
